Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $200K to $210K. For Directors, the salary starts at $225K with potential for significantly higher earnings.
Incentives: Bonuses are available based on productivity and quality metrics. Additional compensation is provided for extra shifts worked, allowing for earning potential that is only limited by your efforts.
