We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. As an Import/Export Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods between countries, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and managing shipping documents, including customs forms and invoices.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, or supply chain management).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hazmat shipping certification is required.
