Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop your team to achieve their full potential, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a high-volume Store Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing top-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:$76,000 - $84,000 (based on experience).
