Mixology Expert

We are seeking experienced mixologists to join our team at Upland Brewing - Fountain Square.

• We are looking for individuals who can prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, to deliver an exceptional experience.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques, as well as the ability to interact with customers, take orders, and provide top-notch service.
• They will be responsible for determining customer preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mixologists will also be expected to plan and present bar menus, ensuring a diverse selection of options.
• Additional responsibilities include verifying customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
