Nurse Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

Nye Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of our campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the care of our residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise nursing activities during assigned shifts
  • Direct the day-to-day care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the comprehensive care given to residents, including developing and implementing care plans
  • Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) Healthcare Software to chart and access patient data

Requirements:

  • Valid RN/LPN License from the appropriate state
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Experience in Long Term or Acute Care preferred, but not required
