Job Summary:

The AOG Buyer Expeditor is responsible for managing the procurement and logistics of expedited spare parts for domestic and international customers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of procurement software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated expedite board to support AOG customers
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
• Perform research in procurement software to identify alternative solutions for spare parts
• Manage customer sales orders and create purchase orders
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
• Interface with production personnel to ensure make orders and completion schedules are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Level of experience determined based on relevant experience
• Knowledge of procurement software and systems preferred
• MRP and planning background preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and strategic intent
