Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Management: Oversee periodic reporting cycles, including weekly and monthly reports, while assisting in quarterly business planning. This includes consolidating results, enhancing financial dashboards, and maintaining reporting models through Power BI and Anaplan.
  • SG&A Accountability: Manage and analyze Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses across the organization.
  • System Support: Assist in the implementation of various systems and platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and effective data management.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with global business units and regional finance teams to achieve targets and navigate routine reporting requirements.
  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive initiatives for ongoing enhancements to keep the finance function aligned with business growth.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current and historical trends in key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Exhibit strong teamwork skills, fostering relationships and networks within a remote working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective financial and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Experience in developing Power BI models, with a preference for DAX coding knowledge.

Work Environment:
