Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality martial arts instruction to students aged 4-18 with diverse skill levels.
  • Demonstrate and explain martial arts techniques, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Supervise groups of students, focusing on behavior management, safety, security, and personal development.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable training environment, enforcing all martial arts rules and regulations.
  • Create engaging lesson plans, utilizing creative approaches to motivate students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents through effective communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children, preferably in roles such as tutoring, camp counseling, or youth volunteering.
  • Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years) is required.
  • Possession of a teaching certification and/or a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This position requires good physical condition, enabling the candidate to fulfill all responsibilities associated with this role. Travel may be necessary, and the ability to respond to emergency situations is crucial.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at around $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
