About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Massage Envy. As a Massage Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their total body care goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs and adheres to our protocols and licensing guidelines.
  • Customize massage services to craft personalized sessions that meet each client's unique needs.
  • Safeguard the client experience, maintain confidentiality, and uphold our commitment to safety.
  • Embody our core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, and promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
  • Meet licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and pass a background and reference check.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively identify clients' needs and set clear expectations.
  • Ability to recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $40,000-$65,000.
