As a pivotal member of our management team, the Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in partnering with the Store Manager to foster an exceptional shopping environment. Our Supervisors excel in commercial awareness, teamwork, resilience, and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that they effectively support the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence.

In this role, you will take charge of all managerial responsibilities during the Store Manager's absence, demonstrating confidence and leadership. You will oversee the store's operational and commercial activities, driving efficiency on the sales floor while nurturing and mentoring a strong team. Your contributions will be vital in promoting commercial growth and enhancing the overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
