, Job Description

The System Design Engineering – Control System Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the development of project schedules and budgets for BANR primary systems in conjunction with Primary IPT leader and individual system design leads.

Candidate will coordinate System Design activities with the rest of the project team and facilitate identification and resolution of technical challenges.

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

, Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is between $[[cust_salaryMin]] and $[[cust_salaryMax]] per year, depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate.

In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive and a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.

, Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Nuclear, or similar discipline) is required.
  • Must possess at least fifteen (15) years of related work experience.
  • Must possess a technical background in system design.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must possess the ability to self-direct with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
