We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at General RV Center. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the general office, customer areas, entrance, glass, doors, and common areas.
  • Meet the company standard of quality detailing, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Prior cleaning experience is desired but not required.
  • Carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic, with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
  • Valid driver's license.
