Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians to confirm diagnoses and implement necessary interventions.
  • Administer medications and conduct procedures within the established scope of practice.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and coordinate follow-up care, including referrals to additional healthcare resources as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Core Functions:
  • Deliver patient education tailored to individual conditions, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Collect comprehensive medical histories, perform physical assessments, and initiate admission protocols as necessary.
  • Manage both acute and chronic health issues through appropriate medical interventions.
