Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs
• Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
• Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot, when appropriate
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards
• Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields
• Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with baked goods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $8-11.00 per hour, with 35-55 hours per week.
