At Ideal Option, we are dedicated to providing low-barrier evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients reclaim their lives and overcome the devastating effects of substance use disorder.

The Role:

As a provider with Ideal Option, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for conducting in-office assessments, obtaining patient histories, and developing treatment plans. You will also work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-office assessments to determine patient appropriateness for office-based buprenorphine therapy
  • Obtain patient histories, including current medications and allergies
  • Perform review of systems and complete physical examinations
  • Establish diagnosis and develop treatment plans
  • Refer patients for counseling and other necessary services
  • Co-sign patient charts and manage patient care
  • Induce patients onto buprenorphine and manage gradual induction
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Follow up with patients to ensure they are receiving the best possible care
