Therapeutic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Group Therapist to join our team at Child Guidance Resource Centers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional therapeutic services to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Provide direct therapeutic support to clients, including crisis intervention techniques, behavioral reinforcements, and psychosocial activities.
• Support the development and implementation of curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and contribute to program outcome data collection and analysis.
