Responsibilities:

  • You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.">
  • On each assignment, you will provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.">
  • You will collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.">
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.">
  • Current BLS card.">
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.">
