Job Title: Agricultural Data Collector

We are seeking a part-time Agricultural Data Collector to join our team at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting crop and livestock information from farm operators and agricultural industry representatives in Deschutes County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect data through phone and in-person interviews with farm operators and industry representatives
  • Analyze and compile data to provide estimates for use by producers, buyers, and government agencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, or related field (not required but preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with iPad
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
