Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing a 'caring team' atmosphere for our customers, driving retail sales, and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store, genuinely connecting with customers, building relationships, and earning their business.
• Customer Focus: Believe that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Sales Performance: Meet store-specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Staff Development: Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Leadership: Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Product Knowledge: Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Display Maintenance: Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Experience: Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure and prior customer service experience.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
