As a key member of our clinical staff, you will assist experienced physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients across various settings while traveling to different healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting patients with customized exercises and rehabilitation programs to help them achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitoring patient progress, documenting results, and reporting to the physical therapist to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining treatment areas, ensuring equipment is in good working order, and preparing for each session.
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, promoting understanding and engagement.
  • Traveling to assigned healthcare facilities as needed, adapting to new environments and workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current PTA license and certification, demonstrating expertise in physical therapy principles and techniques.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to diverse patient populations and healthcare systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and empathy towards patients.
  • An ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to changing situations, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
