At Occupancy Heroes Incorporated, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our residents. As a Certified Apartment Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and comfort of our residents' homes.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional with a strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, experience working with plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry. You will be responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting complex issues.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a stable income, you will enjoy great pay options, including next-day or weekly pay choices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing service requests in a timely fashion
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing air filters and checking appliance functionality
  • Troubleshooting complex issues, including plumbing leaks and electrical malfunctionalities
  • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs, including making apartments ready for occupancy

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid HVAC certification
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
