Role Responsibilities
  • Manage all quality-related activities at the facility.
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Assign tasks to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Engage directly with clients to review reports and address non-conformities.
  • Lead corrective action initiatives utilizing Root Cause Analysis techniques.
  • Create documentation and establish standards for new product lines.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to keep clients informed about lead times and suggest alternatives.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing is essential.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100 standards.
  • Background in New Product Development is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
  • A degree in engineering or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000.
