Job Description: We are seeking a talented Bakery Host to join our team at Duck Donuts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, preparing donuts and beverages to order, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and passion for baking and customer service will make our customers feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a warm welcome
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare donuts and beverages to order
  • Provide expert knowledge on menu items and ingredients
  • Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

Compensation: $12-$15 per hour
