Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral, social, and community skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinician and will be responsible for ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral, social, and community skills
- Work one-on-one with children, providing direct therapy and support
- Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities
- 6 months of ABA experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required for Pennsylvania applications
