Job Summary

Talent4Health is seeking a skilled Per Diem Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team. As a Per Diem PICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • 3 years of recent PICU acute care experience in a hospital facility
  • Ability to float outside of the maternal/child area when needed to adult units as a sitter or helping hands
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current certifications in Infection Control, PALs, and Pain Management
