This role involves the operation and setup of computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture components that adhere to our stringent safety and quality standards. A successful candidate will prioritize safety, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and possess a keen understanding of precision machining.

New Hire Incentive: This position offers a $4,000 signing bonus, distributed in two payments: $2,000 after 60 days and another $2,000 after 120 days of employment.

Our facility is integral to ATI's Forged Products division, focusing on the production of components for aerospace, jet engines, and military applications, all while meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of incoming raw materials.
  • Operate CNC lathes to perform manufacturing tasks.
  • Machine parts to specified tolerances for final inspection.
  • Inspect and clean finished products at the end of the production cycle.
  • Conduct final inspections of products.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing leadership and team members to achieve common objectives.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation.

This position requires working night shifts on weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 PM to 5 AM. Training will be provided either on weekends or during the week. ATI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, which begins on the first of the month following your hire date. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, three weeks of paid time off annually (including vacation, personal, and sick leave), and 11 paid holidays each year.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience is preferred, though we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
