Speech Language Pathologist

HealthPro Heritage is a mission-driven organization dedicated to compassionate care and innovative therapy solutions. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Tiffin, OH.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
- Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
