Job Details:
  • This is a full-time position
  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will have a valid Tennessee State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
