Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with industry-standard tools and procedures for basic diagnostics and repair.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair based on standardized procedures.
  • Inspect equipment in detail for defects, damage potential component failure areas.
  • Follow protocol and create an action plan to complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines in compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, state and federal DOT standards.
  • Log and input all work, inspections, and other maintenance data.
  • Assist coworkers as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work space.
Employee Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Background in automotive/truck and bus industry maintenance.
  • Experience with industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • ASE certification, class B CDL, EPA 608 certification desired.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new situations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Wages starting at $30.00 per hour, additional pay incentives for ASE certifications and CDL License.
  • Employees will be required to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check, including employment references.
