Job OverviewAs an Installation Technician with Compression Mechanical, LLC, you will be responsible for installing machinery and industrial equipment according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install machinery and industrial equipment according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders, customers, general contractors, and other trades on site.
  • Follow safety guidelines and participate in required safety training.
  • Travel when required and work in a team setting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of various tools and ability to read blueprints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of mathematics.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes.
