Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Auditor to join our team at AmTrust Financial Services. As an Underwriting Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our underwriting processes are accurate and compliant with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed reviews of new business accounts to validate eligibility and ensure compliance with company guidelines and underwriting authorities.
  • Collaborate with risk quality assessment teams to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Compile and document results of post-bind reviews, including conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate audit results with underwriters, underwriting managers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of audit findings.
  • Proactively engage with business managers to discuss audits and maintain relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest underwriting guidelines and authorities to ensure acceptability of risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of multi-line underwriting experience in systems like AmTrust rating engines, with a focus on WC and CPP.
  • Detail-oriented with advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ISO class table skills.
  • Knowledge of WC and ISO coverages and forms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
