Position: Respiratory Care Practitioner II

At Coshocton Regional Medical Center, a community-focused healthcare provider, we are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Care Practitioner II. In this role, you will collaborate with medical and cardiopulmonary leadership to execute respiratory therapeutic interventions and conduct pulmonary diagnostic assessments as directed by healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, planning, executing, and documenting patient care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct respiratory therapeutic interventions and pulmonary diagnostic assessments
  • Execute care plans in accordance with physician directives
  • Evaluate patient requirements and deliver suitable care
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures and care rendered
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP are advantageous
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is mandatory
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
