Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Quail Construction LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe deployment and removal of traffic control devices on construction sites throughout the state of Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and remove traffic control devices to protect the public and construction crews on the streets and highways.
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat or cold.
  • Lift 50 lbs. or more multiple times per day.
  • Climb in and out of, and on and off of the flatbed truck multiple times a day.
  • Remain alert and keep safe while ensuring the safety of motorists, construction workers, and themselves.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Compensation
