Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Nova Medical Centers in Dallas, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing care in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial patient evaluations to develop treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames.
- Document treatments and provide documentation per policy and procedure.
- Communicate with patients, setting expectations for return-to-work and emphasizing education and motivation for compliance with treatment plans.
- Meet with the Market Director of Physical Therapy to discuss quality of patient care, procedures, and policies.
- Partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Administrator to ensure center operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
- CPR certification.
