We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the property liaison, providing guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone. You will also process payments and deposits, run reports, and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
In addition, you will partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prioritizing customer satisfaction, addressing conflicts, and solving problems promptly is crucial to your success in this role.
Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent experience, 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems are also essential.
