Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at California Rehabilitation Institute. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating patients' abilities and designing effective intervention plans to address swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' abilities and design individualized intervention plans to address swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
  • Treat patients with therapeutic procedures, modalities, and equipment to improve speech/swallow/cognitive function.
  • Manage work processes efficiently, completing tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Consistently complete post-intervention activities, including documentation, communication, and charge capture.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience required.
  • Certified BLS/CPR certification required.
