About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Director to lead our Interventional Radiology team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a therapeutic, healing, patient- and family-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
Requirements
  • Current registration in nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • MSN or DNP or PhD, or a BSN with a Master's degree in a related field, required.
  • Current certification required or to be attained within two-year period from 10-1-18 or from date of hire after 10-1-18.
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in nursing administration within an academic medical center (preferred).
