Key Responsibilities

  • Executing fundamental tire services (e.g., mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van to ensure the most convenient experience possible.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining the installation process, and fully understanding the customer's needs.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Collaborating with the Roll by Goodyear team, including the store network and customer service.
  • Enjoying daily independence on your route, safely driving the van between appointments, and representing Roll by Goodyear.
  • Conducting proper safety checks during tire installations.
  • Performing various manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting. Opportunities may arise to travel to other cities for training or to learn new technologies and techniques.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in tire installation is advantageous (training will be provided if necessary).
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Position Skills and Requirements

  • A passion for serving customers and delivering top-notch service in any situation.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to schedules and enjoying problem-solving as part of the larger Roll by Goodyear team.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring every interaction with customers is approachable, straightforward, and informative.
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile applications and tire-changing equipment in the van.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a variable schedule.
  • This position requires the ability to read, comprehend, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
  • Depending on location, our operations may be open seven days a week, which could include weekends and holiday shifts.
