We are currently seeking a Traffic Engineering Manager for Transportation Infrastructure to join our team. This role will involve overseeing projects in Ohio and other Midwest states, providing technical analysis for transportation infrastructure and land development projects, and collaborating with staff from multiple disciplines to support diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical analysis for wide-range transportation infrastructure and land development projects.
  2. Interface with staff from various disciplines, including civil, structural, planning, geotechnical, etc., to support a range of projects.
  3. Perform technical review of traffic engineering analysis software, such as Synchro, TransModeler, and others.
  4. Collaborate with clients and existing staff to expand the traffic engineering team.
  5. Work cooperatively with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients in a confident and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and prior traffic design experience.
  • Engineer license required.
  • Knowledge of traffic engineering tools, including Highway Capacity Manual/Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, TransModeler, and other equivalent modeling and analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of appropriate Federal Highway Administration, AASHTO, state DOT, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Experience with Microstation and AutoCAD is desirable.
