Mixology Expert

OVERVIEW: Are you enthusiastic about crafting beverages and delivering outstanding service? We are in search of lively and sociable Bartenders who can create memorable experiences for our guests, one drink at a time.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers
• Manage bar supplies and ensure cleanliness
• Handle transactions, including special pricing for guests
• Work alongside the Beverage Team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages
• Adhere to Responsible Beverage Service guidelines
• Highlight Casino offerings and events

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills

WORK SETTING: Anticipate a moderate to high noise level, a smoking environment, and availability during weekends and holidays.
