Lead Our Crew as a Skilled Construction Foreman

At Wick Buildings, we're committed to excellence in post-frame construction. We're seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to lead our crew based out of Council Bluffs, IA. If you have 2-5 years of post-frame experience and a passion for safe and efficient construction, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe work practices and a culture of safety among crew members
  • Construct post-frame buildings with the highest quality and efficiency
  • Lift at least 75 pounds and work at heights of 20 feet or more safely
  • Comply with and promote all safety policies
  • Learn quickly and focus on safety and quality
  • Work outdoors and travel away from home
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Pass a drug screen and physical, and have or obtain a Class A CDL

  • A competitive pay scale ($25.00-$35.00+ based on experience) with production bonus pay
  • A company vehicle, travel pay, and meal per diem when away from home
