In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assisting customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
About You: To succeed in this role, you must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English. You should also be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. Additionally, you must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. They will be responsible for following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintaining precise work order files and formulas, pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products as needed, stocking shelves and setting up displays, cleaning store equipment, loading/unloading delivery trucks, and assisting in making deliveries as needed.
