Our Teaching Team

At Catalyst Kids, we believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration. As an Associate Teacher, you will work closely with our experienced educators to plan and implement engaging activities, promote social-emotional development, and ensure the health and safety of our children.

The Required Skills and Qualifications for this role include:

  • 12-24 postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Associate Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a group care environment where care/teaching was provided for a consistent age group.
  • Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, classroom management, and communication skills.
