Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team within the Electronic Motion & Controls Division (EMC). This division specializes in technologies that create and manage motion across various applications and industries.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a team that integrates products with global engineering and manufacturing capabilities, enhancing our footprint in the expanding electrification sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide programming expertise for machining components and tools on CNC machinery, from the engineering design phase to the final product.
- Ensure compliance with dimensional specifications and optimize equipment throughput efficiency.
- Develop complex machine programs and update manufacturing processes as necessary.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, considering factors such as speed, cutter types, feeds, and control system limitations.
- Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures to determine the most efficient machining sequence.
- Analyze drawings and design data to make informed decisions regarding cutting tools and machine settings.
- Oversee machine program trials, ensuring all cycle-related procedures and documentation are meticulously followed.
- Modify existing programs to accommodate engineering changes or enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices by analyzing proposed changes in methods and materials.

Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of tooling and machining techniques, as well as machine tool capabilities and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in machine programming languages and CNC controls.
- Completion of a relevant trade school program, associate's degree, or equivalent training in CNC Programming, along with two or more years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Conversational Controls is advantageous.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
