Optometrist Opportunity

Position Summary

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, while keeping 100% of exam/professional fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
• Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment
• Manage patient schedules and appointments
• Set and manage your own fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9
