Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
