Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and magnetic resonance imaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and MRI scanners.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and draping.
  • Conduct imaging procedures, including X-rays and MRIs.
  • Develop and process radiographic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures.
Requirements
  • ARRT-R certification in radiography.
  • ARRT-MR certification in magnetic resonance imaging.
  • New York state license to practice as a radiology technologist.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
