Mathematics Instructor

About the Position

National University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Mathematics Faculty member to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics courses within a programmatic core discipline as assigned.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
• Maintain a record of scholarly activities befitting a doctoral granting institution.
• Contribute to the body of knowledge of mathematics.

Requirements

• Minimum master's degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a regionally accredited university.
• Experience teaching mathematics or a related discipline at the high school or college level is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Intermediate use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Working Conditions

Onsite position at the Fresno campus. May be required to travel.

National University offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.63 - $28.89.
