Job Title: IT Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Auditor to join our team at CodeForce. The ideal candidate will work closely with our IT security team to conduct thorough audits of our systems and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Auditing Active Directory users to ensure proper access rights and removing any users who are no longer working for the department.
  • Auditing the security awareness training system for active users and removing any users who are no longer working for the department.
  • Working as an Administrator within Proof Point to update user lists.
  • Working with DPH IT Management and Districts to review User Accounts.
  • Adding standardized working notes to Active Directory.
  • Auditing laptops deployed to ensure they are being used properly and in compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Developing a security assessment to review with business users and developing action plans to address any identified gaps or deficiencies.
  • Actively managing usage costs for Active Directory and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Ensuring users' access rights are using least privilege and comply with security policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing audit findings and providing recommendations for improvement to the IT department.
  • Developing and maintaining audit procedures, guidelines, and standards.

Required/Desired Skills

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 5 years' experience performing similar job duties.
  • Experience in IT auditing or related field.
  • Preference for experience doing a similar job role within a Georgia State Agency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff.

Question 3: Candidate must be paid AT LEAST $28.67 if selected for engagement. Candidate can be paid more; however, the SRP rate cannot exceed $38.70.

Question 4: The maximum mark-up for this engagement's SRP rate is 35%. To be competitive on pricing, a mark-up below the 35% threshold is suggested.

Question 5: This assignment is contingent upon customer renewal and availability of adequate funding.

Question 6: The selected candidate will be expected to start their engagement no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) from the client's selection date.
