Job Summary
Mammo Technologists at Resiliency LLC are responsible for administering ionizing radiation during screening and/or diagnostic mammograms, adhering to established protocols. We seek highly skilled professionals who can integrate technical skills, patient interaction, and care to obtain viable diagnostic information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer ionizing radiation during screening and/or diagnostic mammograms according to established protocols.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in breast positioning, exposure techniques, and subsequent evaluation of imaging parameters to optimize patient imaging and care while adhering to radiation protection and safety standards.
- Integrate technical skills, patient interaction, and care to obtain viable diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.
- Utilize independent professional judgment and critical thinking to obtain the resultant diagnostic information when possible and seek direction from a qualified interpreting physician or lawful institutional policies to continue or discontinue the exam.

Requirements:
- Post High School Diploma Program
- Relevant Experience
- Certification and Licensure: RT (R) or RT (R) (M)
- Required Skills: Computer Skills, Excellent Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Office Applications

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
